OUR PRODUCTION HISTORY.

Before Boondocks Lab became the broader ecosystem it is today, Fiction Entertainment was one of the companies that emerged from the Boondocks incubation ecosystem.

// 01 — FICTION ENTERTAINMENT

Operating since 2013 · Legally registered 2014

Fiction Entertainment, which began operations in 2013 and was legally registered in 2014, was one of the companies incubated through the Boondocks ecosystem and provides part of the production history behind today’s Boondocks Lab.

// 02 — THE TIMELINE

From Fiction to the Lab

  1. 2013

    Fiction Entertainment begins operations.

  2. 2014

    Fiction Entertainment is legally registered.

  3. 2017

    Boondocks Incubation Center is established and operates an incubation hub in Nairobi.

  4. 2026

    The ecosystem consolidates under Boondocks Lab, expanding beyond film production into technology, education, original storytelling, agriculture, architecture, construction, archiving and creative experimentation.

The work carries on

The productions didn't disappear with the name. They live in the Boondocks Lab portfolio.

// 04 — THE FOUNDATION

Not discarded. Built on.

That history isn’t being discarded. It’s becoming part of the foundation on which Boondocks Lab is building something larger.
