// DISPATCHES FROM THE BUSH
BUILDINPUBLIC.
Real costs, real lessons from a 30-acre estate in Machakos: a borehole fund at KES 63,400 of 850,000, fourteen film students sharing one cracked phone lens, eleven goats auditioning for a single role. Published from the field, sometimes from the back of a moving pickup.
Every dispatch is a field note from the estate — dated, costed, honest.

Dispatch feed
> this feed is structured like an RSS — because it will be one. /lab/build-in-public/feed.xml ships with the backend, and every dispatch gets its own url in a future iteration. until then: whatsapp keyword MITATINI for episode alerts, ACADEMY for study notes.

WHY WE BUILD LOUD
The transparency isn't a gimmick — it's the whole thesis. It's in the manifesto.
